What shipping methods are available?
We deliver to all serviceable postal addresses across India.
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please provide a complete street address along with your pin code/ZIP code.
We work with trusted courier partners such as:
DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and others.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.
Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates only.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that DYMORA is not responsible for delays caused by destination logistics or customs processes.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
At present, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping services.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details.
Once the order is shipped, a second email will be sent with tracking information.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses can be updated only before the order is dispatched.
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, or room numbers.
Once the order has been shipped, address changes or order cancellations are not possible.
Do you ship backorders?
No. We strive to keep all items listed on our website in stock.
In case an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be informed within 2 working days, and a full refund will be processed.
How do I track my order?
- If you have a registered account, log in to My Account → Order Status to track your shipment.
- If you checked out as a guest, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest.
However, we recommend registering with your email address and contact number to make order tracking and support easier.
What payment methods do you accept?

- Net Banking (Indian banks)
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway with real-time authorization.
When will my card be charged?
Your card or bank account will be charged at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateway.
How can I cancel my order?
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled automatically.
To request cancellation, please contact us via the Contact Form within 24 hours of placing the order.
All cancellations are subject to approval at DYMORA’s discretion.
When will I receive a refund for returned products?
All refunds are processed via Bank Transfer only.
Please allow one billing cycle for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account after approval and processing.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please follow the returns and exchange process outlined in our Return Policy.
All exchanges are subject to eligibility and stock availability.
