Return & Cancellation Policy

At DYMORA, we offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. Our Customer Service Team is always available to assist you with any queries.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

  • In such cases, customers may be required to share a video proof of the package at the time of opening.
  • Please ensure you attach your Order ID and registered email address while raising the request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Contact Form.
  • For prepaid orders, customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation request is raised within the first 24 hours.
  • DYMORA reserves the right to verify any order before shipping, which may include verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all labels and tags intact
  • In original packaging
  • Eligible for return

Items that are Made to Order or Print on Demand are not eligible for returns.

  • The following charges/items are non-refundable:
  • Rush Processing
  • Personalized Gifts
  • Message Charges
  • Shipping Costs

In cases of wrong product, damaged product, or quantity mismatch, package opening video proof is mandatory.

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer only.
  • Once a refund is issued from our end, it will take 24 hours to reflect in your bank account.
  • Only items within the return window and in stock are eligible for replacement.
  • A product that has been exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • A handling charge of ₹100 is applicable on all return orders.
    (Exchanges are free of charge.)
  • Bank account details shared by the customer will be considered final. DYMORA is not responsible for errors in the details provided.

Return Pickup Process

  • Once a return or exchange request is approved, we will initiate reverse pickup within 24 business hours.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice.
  • If the courier partner is unable to pick up the order, the customer will need to ship the product back to the company address.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in the customer’s pin code.

Colour Variation Disclaimer

The fabric colours displayed on the website may vary due to differences in photography, lighting, and screen settings.
Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we do not guarantee complete consistency in colour, texture, or appearance.
Online product colours are approximate and may vary in hue or tone, including variations across different size groups.


Refund Timeline

  • For order cancellations, refunds are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
  • For returns, refunds are initiated after the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
  • The complete return and refund process may take up to 2 weeks from the date the return is initiated.

Important Notes

  • Do not return any product without receiving a return confirmation email from Customer Support.
  • A ₹100 handling charge applies to all return orders.
  • Returned products must be:
    1. In original condition
    2. In original packaging
    3. With invoice
    4. Properly sealed
  • Products must be sent using the return label issued by Customer Support.
  • The safe receipt of the returned product by DYMORA is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • In case of wrong product returned by the customer, action will be taken based on package opening footage.
    The same product received will be sent back, and no claim will be accepted if the issue is not raised within 7 days of pickup.
