Shipping Policy
At DYMORA, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We believe in express shipping, and most orders are shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed, except on weekends or public holidays.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time shown on the product page. However, a delay of up to 72 hours is possible from the designer/manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. DYMORA is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once items have been dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.
These site-wide policies apply to all sales and purchases made on the DYMORA website. In case of any contradiction with shop-level policies, these policies will overrule all others.
Shipping & Exchange
- We offer exchange of the product with a new one in case of a damaged product or wrong delivery.
- No return or exchange will be processed if the customer has opted for self-stitching or customization.
- All exchange requests must be intimated to DYMORA Customer Support via email within 7 days of product delivery.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- All domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours, from Monday to Saturday.
- National shipping may take a maximum of 7 days.
- Standard shipping within India is free of charge to ensure timely and reliable service.

International Shipping
- DYMORA delivers globally.
- Only prepaid orders are eligible for international shipping.
- We ensure the use of the best available courier agencies for international deliveries.
Taxes & Customs Duties
- International orders are shipped as personal-use items.
- If customs duties or taxes are applied by the destination country, the customer is responsible for payment.
- DYMORA is not responsible for customs duties or delays.
- Customers will be informed about applicable customs charges via email or phone.
Important Information
- Do not return any product before receiving a confirmation email from the DYMORA Customer Support Team.
- All products must be returned:
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With invoice
- Carefully sealed
- Returns must be sent using the return label issued by Customer Support.
- The safe receipt of the returned product by DYMORA is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Returned products will be examined for the defects or variations reported, and appropriate remedial steps will be taken.
